The Problem:

Client Justin reached out to Davison in 2012 with his idea for a better way to carry and serve baked goods. During that time his invention was licensed to Love Cooking Company and then rebranded under their David Tutera Decadent Delights line as a better way to carry, transport and serve delicious treats.

Davison's Better Way:

While client Justin’s David Tutera Dessert Carrier was great for carry and serve, there was still more innovation possible. By designing individual inserts to be sold separately from the carrier, such as this 2-tier cupcake insert, it was a win-win for the client and bakeware company. This insert helps to beautifully display cupcakes within the carrier.

This client has not realized a profit on this product. A typical project does not get a royalty agreement, sell in stores or generate a profit.
